This Privacy Policy explains how the Self-Centra Pin Scheduler ("the App," "we," "us") handles data. The App is an internal tool operated by Self Growth Tools | Improve Your Life and is used only by our own team to manage our own Pinterest business account. It is not a public service and does not have external end users.
When you authorize the App through Pinterest's secure OAuth process, the App can access the following, limited to our own connected Pinterest account:
The App does not collect, store, or repost content belonging to other Pinterest users, and it does not scrape or harvest data from Pinterest.
We use the information solely to operate the App's intended functions: creating and scheduling our own original pins, publishing them to our own account, and reading analytics for those pins so we can review performance. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling of other users, or any purpose unrelated to managing our own account.
The App communicates with the Pinterest API to perform its functions. Use of Pinterest data is subject to Pinterest's own terms and policies. If the App later uses additional third-party services (for example, an AI provider to help draft pin descriptions), data shared with them will be limited to what is necessary for that feature, and this policy will be updated to reflect it.
Data accessed by the App is stored only for as long as needed to operate it, in storage we control, with access restricted to our team. Access tokens are stored securely and are used only to authenticate requests to Pinterest on our behalf.
We retain pin and performance data only as long as it is useful for managing our account, and we delete it when it is no longer needed. Authorization can be revoked at any time from Pinterest account settings; once revoked, the App can no longer access the account, and any stored tokens are deleted.
We do not sell, rent, or share data accessed through the App with any third party, except as required to operate the App's core functions (such as sending publishing requests to Pinterest) or as required by law.
The App is an internal business tool and is not directed to children, and it does not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy as the App changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
